- A 4 hour drive to Tangier, which started at 4:00AM on Saturday.
- Finding out that our headlights are busted, and that the brights only stay on if you hold the lever (which made the first half of that trip to Tangier rather interesting...).
- Getting pulled over just minutes after our departure for no reason at all.
- Driving the wrong way on the highway, toward oncoming traffic (with no headlights), in an effort to remedy what we thought was a wrong turn (which turned out to be right in the end).
- Almost missing the 9:00AM ferry (which we had to make in order to get to Spain before the rental car company closed) simply because the police didn't feel like coming to work on time in order to stamp our passports.
- Driving around for 45 min. searching for our hostal in Spain.
- Finally finding our hostal, but then spending 15 more minutes trying to figure out how to get inside.
- Uncomfortably carrying well over 100 pounds of IKEA merchandise (which unfortunately did NOT fit entirely into the three large suitcases that we brought over) down sidewalks, up stairs, on the ferry, off the ferry, through customs, etc. by foot.
- Getting squished in the middle of an intensely angry mob of Moroccans in an effort to get our passport stamped on the ferry.
- Driving 4 hours back to Casablanca, only to find out that our wipers and AC/Heat fan are also broken.
- Finding out that Nicole's hopes of winning the Euro picks are still alive after Greece miraculously qualified for their group (Nicole created her Euro bracket by selecting winning countries/scores based solely on which countries she'd most prefer to visit).
- Coming home to discover that we accidentally purchased a $65 twin-size mattress pad that we didn't intend to buy, don't want, and can't use (and can't exactly afford either...).

Sounds like an exhausting day! Can't wait to see you in a few weeks. I wish I was home when you called on Father's Day.
